Resepi Chana Dal Khichdi yang sedap 2023

Chana Dal Khichdi ialah hidangan satu periuk yang ringan, sihat dan lazat yang boleh anda sediakan untuk makan tengah hari atau makan malam. Chana Dal sendiri adalah dal yang sihat kerana ia mengandungi jumlah protein yang baik dan oleh itu cuba masukkan chana dal dalam diet anda. Hidangan ini boleh disediakan dengan mudah di rumah anda dalam masa beberapa minit. Ini adalah hidangan pengawas yang sihat dan sihat yang merupakan hidangan yang ideal untuk ahli keluarga anda.

Ingredients

1 CupRice

1/2 CupChana Dal (Bengal Gram Dal), Soaked And Drained

1/4 TspAsafoetida (Hing)

1/2 TspCumin Seeds

2 Green ChiliesSliced Or Chopped

1/2 TeaspoonGinger, Grated

1/2 TeaspoonTurmeric Powder (Haldi)

SaltTo Taste

Directions

Step1 Wash the rice and chana dal in enough water and soak the rice and dal in water separately for an hour.

Step2 Heat a pressure cooker and add chana dal and also add enough water and Cook it for 20 min and once done, switch off the flame and keep it aside.

Step3 Heat oil in a wide pan, add bay leaf, cumin seeds, cinnamon and asafoetida and fry it for 30 seconds.

Step4 After 30 seconds, add green chilies and ginger and cook it for few min.

Step5 Add rice, cooked chana dal, turmeric powder and salt according to your taste and cook for a minute.

Step6 After a minute, add 2 cups of water and mix it well and cook it for 20-25 minutes on a medium flame till it becomes dry and tender.

Step7 Once done, switch off the flame and garnish it with some chopped coriander leaves and serve it hot with any raita of your choice.
